Who we are

MAVERICK is an AI Sales Team product operated by Clipeum.AI. This policy explains what we collect on hiremaverick.clipeum.ai ("the Site") and how we use it. Contact: contact@clipeum.ai.

What we collect

  • Contact information you give us — name and corporate email when you start a conversation with MAVERICK or contact us directly.
  • Conversation transcripts— what you type into the "Talk to MAVERICK" chat, plus the AI's responses, so we can follow up and improve the product.
  • Technical signals — IP address, browser user-agent, and basic page analytics via Azure Application Insights, used to keep the Site running and to detect abuse.
  • Bot-protection tokens — Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token to verify you are human. We do not use it for tracking.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule a follow-up.
  • To improve the MAVERICK product — aggregate, de-identified patterns from chat conversations help us refine the AI.
  • To protect the Site against bots, fraud, and abuse.
  • We do not sell your personal information, ever. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Where it lives

Your information is stored in Microsoft Azure (Clipeum.AI's tenant) in encrypted databases. Chat traffic to large language models is sent via Azure AI Foundry under enterprise no-train terms — your data is not used to train any public model.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), or another jurisdiction with data-protection rights, you can request to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Delete your data (right to be forgotten)
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of marketing communications

Cookies & analytics

The Site uses minimal, first-party cookies and Azure Application Insights for operational analytics. We do not use advertising trackers. Cloudflare Turnstile is used only on the chat form for bot protection.

AI chat

MAVERICK's chat is powered by an AI agent (not a human). Your conversations are routed through frontier large language models via Azure AI Foundry. These models do not train on your conversation. Anything you submit may be reviewed by the Clipeum.AI team to improve the product.

Retention

We retain contact records and conversation transcripts for up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Changes to this policy

We will post any material changes here with a new "last updated" date. If the change affects how we handle your data, we'll email you.
