These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of hiremaverick.clipeum.ai (the "Site"), operated by Clipeum.AI ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. The Site
The Site describes the MAVERICK product (an AI Sales Team) and lets you start a conversation with our AI agent ("THE HUNTER") to learn whether MAVERICK fits your business. The Site is informational. It does not constitute an offer to sell or a binding contract.
2. AI Disclosure
The conversation on the Site is conducted by an AI agent (not a human). Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Nothing said by the agent constitutes professional advice, a binding offer, a price quote, or a contractual commitment. Final terms come from a written agreement with Clipeum.AI.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Site you agree NOT to:
- Submit false or impersonated identity, name, or email
- Attempt to bypass the bot-protection (Turnstile) or rate limits
- Scrape, mirror, or reverse-engineer the Site
- Submit malicious code, prompt injections, or content meant to harm
- Use the AI for unlawful purposes
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and the MAVERICK brand and agent architecture (THE COMMANDER, THE HUNTER, THE COACH) — is owned by Clipeum.AI and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish without our written permission. All third-party names and trademarks (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, etc.) are the property of their respective owners; references on the Site are descriptive only.
5. Your submissions
When you submit information through the chat (name, email, questions, business context), you grant Clipeum.AI a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use that information for: responding to you, improving the product, and aggregate analytics. We will never sell or publicly share your personal information. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Forward-looking statements
Claims on the Site about ROI, savings, deployment timelines, and product capabilities are illustrative — based on representative customer scenarios and internal benchmarks. Actual results depend on your team size, stack, and sales motion. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of performance.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". CLIPEUM.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE OR THE AI AGENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLIPEUM.AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Clipeum.AI against any claim arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
