It was 8 PM on a Sunday. Three monitors, four browser windows — CRM in one, ERP in another, a spreadsheet I'd built to cross-reference them, email open in the back.
I was a VP of Sales doing pipeline review the way every VP of Sales does pipeline review: by hand.
